Today we spotlight Becky, Patient Services Representative at the Youngstown Office. Becky has been with VRC for four years managing the front desk, authorizations, medical records, scheduling patients and taking phone calls.
What we love about Becky is that she’s always smiling and in good spirits. Her positive attitude puts patients and staff in a better mood. She also is a hard worker.
“It’s like a family here,” said Becky. “I know I can count on everyone. I enjoy working with the patients and also our doctors. They aren’t just your bosses, they are family too.”
What adds to the family feeling is the fact that Becky knew two of her coworkers before starting. She worked with Beth Durst at Circulatory Centers, and Becky grew up and graduated with Kelly Will.
“She is always ready and willing to help with absolutely any task that needs accomplished,” said Stacey Nichols. “She has a special way of getting things done that makes people think it was actually their idea to do it.”
In addition to working at VRC, Becky babysits for four families from her church. She also volunteers in the church nursery and attends bible studies.
Becky enjoys spending free time with her husband Sam and daughter Gianna. Friday nights Becky and her family visit her stepmom; Saturdays they take Gianna to gymnastics and watch Ohio State; and Sundays they go to church and watch the Pittsburgh Steelers. Becky and her family also enjoy taking long walks, and going to car shows. She also loves to read.
Becky thank you for making VRC a happier place to work! We’re truly lucky to have you on our team.
