COVID-19 Update

Masks will be required if:

• you are within the five days following your COVID-19 quarantine.

• you have symptoms of an upper respiratory infection.

• you were exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

• transmission rates in this county reach a “high” level.

We will continue to maintain the following precautions:

• Screen patients at the door with questions.

• Wash our hands and sanitize the patient rooms as we’ve been doing.

• Screen our employees before they begin working. Staff are not permitted to work if they have COVID-19.
